How to Add a Tag in ActiveCampaign
In ActiveCampaign, adding tags to contacts is a fundamental feature for organising and segmenting your audience. Here's how you can add tags to contacts:
Go to the 'Contacts' section.
Click on the contact's name to open their profile.
In the contact profile, you should see an option to add tags. It might be labelled as simply 'Tags'. Click on it and enter a tag.
A window or field should appear where you can type the tag you want to add.
