Here is a step-by-step tutorial to add GIF to HubSpot email:

In your HubSpot email editor, drag and drop the Image element to your email body.
Upload your GIF file. You might have compatibility issues with directly using GIF in your email. So you can try sending the link instead.
You will start by uploading your GIF to an external platform (e.g., Giphy, Imgur, Tenor).
Copy the public image URL of the GIF.
Drag and drop the image element to your email body the same way as before.
Click on the More in the Select Image page.
Select Add from URL and paste the copied URL to link the GIF.
Click on Preview to view your GIF.
Finally, Save and send your email!
