How to Add the Opening Balance in Xero

It is very easy to add the opening balance in Xero. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it in simple steps:

1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Accounting'.
2. Choose 'Advanced' from the list of options.
3. Following that, tap 'Conversion Balances'.
4. Enter the opening balance for each bank account. Type the details into the debit column.
5. Once done, review your input and click save.
6. After completing these steps, your bank's opening balances will be added to your Xero account.
