How to Back Up Airtable Bases
It is very easy to back up Airtable Bases via the On2Air extension. Here’s how you can do it in simple steps:
- Go to the left-side panel, then tap 'Marketplace'.
- Click on the search bar and then type 'On2Air'.
- Find On2Air from the search result and tap the 'Add' button next to it.
- Select the specific Airtable base you want to back up, then click 'Add Extension' afterwards.
- Once again, click 'Add Extension' to confirm your request.
- Log into your On2Air account and then click 'Use Account' to proceed.
- Subsequently, enter your registered email into the provided text field and then click 'Send Login Code'.
- Type the code from your email, then hit 'Login With Code' to proceed.
- After that, click 'Configure Airtable API'.
- On another window, tap 'Connect to Airtable' to establish the integration.
- Choose the specific Airtable base you want to back up and then click 'Grant Access' afterwards.
- Click 'Done' at the top-left corner to continue.
- Following that, click 'Configure Backup Destination'.
- Tap the 'Add' icon afterwards and then select your preferred cloud-based storage platform.
- Going back to the main window, select your preferred Backup Project and then click 'Add' to proceed.
- Finally, tap 'Start Backup' to automatically back up your selected Airtable bases.
