Closing your Upwork account is straightforward, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Account settings'.
3. In the left-hand menu, select 'Contact Info'.
4. Scroll down and click the 'Close My Account' link.
5. Select a reason why you're closing the account.
6. Confirm your account closure by clicking 'Close my account'.
