This demo shows how to build a Zapier automation that sends new Facebook Lead Ads contacts directly into Insightly CRM without manual data entry. By connecting these two platforms through a Zap, sales teams can ensure every lead is captured, mapped, and synced in real time.
Steps
- Set your workflow trigger — choose the event that will start your Zap automation.
- Select Facebook Lead Ads Pro as your trigger app to capture new leads from your Facebook campaigns.
- Specify which Facebook Lead Ads event — such as a new lead being created — will fire the trigger.
- Connect your account to authorize Zapier access to your Facebook Lead Ads data.
- Set Insightly as your action app to receive the incoming lead data.
- Choose which lead information fields — such as Contact ID — you want to capture and pass through your workflow.
- Configure your Insightly account within the Zap editor to complete the connection.
- Click Test step to review your field mappings and confirm all lead data transfers correctly.
- Click Publish to activate your Zap and launch the automated lead capture workflow.
