How to Connect Superchat to Slack

Here's a step-by-step guide to connecting your Superchat account to Slack:

1. Begin at Zapier's dashboard and select Create > New Zap from the left panel.
2. In the Trigger section, search the applications for Superchat.
3. Choose the Trigger event as: New Inbound Message.
4. Click Account, and a new pop-up window will appear.
5. Enter your Superchat API Key in the pop-up window.
6. For the Action step, search and find Slack.
7. Configure the action to Send channel message.
8. Authorize Slack access with Allow, then click Publish to activate.
