How To Create Forms in HubSpot
To create a new form:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
- In the upper right, click Create form and select the type of form you want to add. Hit Next.
- Then, either start with a blank template or select from one of the given templates if you know the form's use case. Click Start.
- From the left panel, click on the form fields you need which will get added to your form on the right. You can even create your own form fields by clicking on the Create New tab here.
- Move to the Options tab to finalize the nitty gritties of how your form should behave. In here, ensure you've set the correct lifecycle stage for the form submissions and that the right people are receiving the submission notifications.
- Move to the Style & Preview tab to adjust the appearance of your form.
- Once everything looks good, click on Update and then hit Publish. You'll get a pop-up with the embed code of the form which you can paste on your webpage or directly share the form with anyone via the Share link option.
