How to Create a RACI Matrix in Coda

Here's how to do it:

1. Create a new doc and name it "RACI Matrix."
2. Click "+" and select "Table."
3. Add these columns: "Task/Deliverable," "Responsible" (Task Owner), "Accountable" (Approver), "Consulted" (Advisor), and "Informed" (Progress Updates).
4. List key tasks and assign team members to each role.
5. Filter tasks by Owner, Status, or Priority for better tracking.
