How to Create a Smart List in HubSpot

In HubSpot, you can create a smart list, also known as an active list, to automatically manage dynamic groups of contacts, companies, or deals. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Go to CRM > Lists and click Create list.
2. Choose Active list and name your list.
3. Click on Add filter to define the parameters for your smart list.
4. Add more filters (Using AND/OR ) to refine your criteria.
5. Review and click Save list to create your dynamic list.
