Jira dashboard gadgets let teams surface real-time project data — such as sprint progress, issue statistics, and workload — in a single, customizable view. You can create a dashboard, add multiple gadgets, adjust the layout, and drag and drop widgets to organize information exactly how your team needs it.
Steps
- In the top navigation, click the Dashboards dropdown and select Create Dashboard.
- Name your dashboard and add a description.
- Add viewers and editors if needed, then hit Save.
- In the top-right corner, click Add gadget.
- Select a gadget from the right pane and click Add.
- Confirm the gadget has been added to your dashboard.
- Click Change layout in the top-right to adjust the dashboard layout.
- Drag and drop gadgets to reorganize and arrange information on your dashboard.
