Here's how to do it:

1. Launch the Claude AI app or visit the website.
2. Look for a menu or settings option and navigate to "Recents" section, then click "View all".
3. Find the specific interaction(s) you want to remove and select them.
4. Click a “Delete Selected."
5. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
