Here's how to do it:

1. Access ChatGPT and open a new chat.
2. Begin your message or prompt in the text box.
3. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and while holding Shift, press Enter to move to a new line.
4. Add more lines as needed using the same method.
5. When done, press Enter without holding Shift to send the prompt.
