How To Find Expired Domains With Ahrefs

Here is a step by step tutorial to find expired domains using Ahrefs:

Go to Ahrefs>Site explorer and enter your competitor's domain name.
In the left pane head to Broken Links under Outgoing links.
You will find a big list of broken links in this page. you need to filter your request for only Do-Follow links.
Export the Do-Follow broken links into a CSV file
Open the Exported CSV file on Excel or Google Sheets.
Now you have to Trim the urls in the sheet so it only has the domain (e.g. rockwithai.com). To do this head to on Extract URL to Domain page on Website SEO Checker.
Paste your broken links from the exported sheet to Extract url to page and hit Filter. (Make sure Remove duplicates and Convert domain to lowercase is turned on)
You will now just have the domain names of the website URLs you provided. Select and copy them.
Lastly head over to Bulk search on NameBright.com and bulk paste your domains to check and find expired domains.
