Here is a step by step tutorial to get Ahrefs SEO toolbar to work in Firefox:

Search for "ahrefs seo toolbar" on Google. And go to Ahrefs SEO Toolbar
Click on Download for Firefox.
Mozilla'a ADD-ONS page will open. Click on Add to Firefox to begin the installation process
Click on Add to install the Ahrefs SEO Toolbar extension.
Click on the puzzle icon (extensions) on the top right of the screen and find the Gear icon. Click on it.
Click on Pin the extension to the toolbar.
Select Allow this extension to run in a Private Windows and hit Okay.
