How to Integrate Webhooks with Zendesk

It is very easy to integrate Webhooks with Zendesk via Zapier. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
3. Following that, tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
4. Choose 'Webhooks By Zapier' from the list of integration options under Popular Built-in Tools.
5. After that, select your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
6. Provide the necessary details needed to set up the Trigger accordingly.
7. Once done, tap 'Test' to proceed.
8. Browse the integration options once again, then select 'Zendesk' as the Action app.
9. Following that, click the drop-down menu and choose your preferred 'Action Event'.
10. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.
11. Fill out the input fields with the required information associated with your Zendesk account. Once done, click 'Yes, Continue to Zendesk'.
12. Provide the details needed to set up the Action accordingly.
13. Finally, tap 'Test' to publish and activate the integration based on your inputs.
14. After completing these steps, your Zendesk account will be integrated instantly with Webhooks.
