How to Make a Timeline on ClickUp
Here’s how you can create a timeline view in ClickUp:
- Go to the Space, Folder, or List where you want to create the timeline view.
- Click on the '+View' icon next to the existing views at the top of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Timeline'.
- Give your new timeline view a name if prompted.
- Once the timeline view is created, go to your settings and you can customize it.
- To add and manage tasks click on the space under the date.
- Name your task on the empty field provided.
- Add assignee, priority, and time estimate. Click 'Save' to save your task.
- Once you have successfully created your first task for your Timeline.
- Open your task and write a comment for your first task.
