How To Merge Companies in HubSpot

Follow these steps to merge 2 contacts in HubSpot:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts on the top left corner and select Companies from the dropdown.
2. Move towards the company you want to merge and click on it to preview it.
3. Find Actions in the contact preview and click on it.
4. You will find Merge at the bottom of the dropdown.
5. You will see pop-up window asking for the company to be selected in the dropdown.
6. Find the secondary company and hit the Merge button at the bottom left of the screen.
7. Your selected companies are now merged.

Note:

• You can't unmerge records after you have merged them.
• If your merge fails, it may be due to a merge limit.
