Here is how to open all toggles in Notion:

1. Navigate to the page where you wish to toggle all. Use the keyboard shortcut of Ctrl/Command + Alt + T to toggle all items on the page.
2. Ctrl + Alt + T will toggle all, repeat to close.
3. Another way is to select specific toggleable lists using Shift + Click or Drag select.
4. Toggle any one of the selected lists.
5. This will toggle all of the selected items.
6. Repeat to close.
