How to Personalize Email in HubSpot

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to personalize your emails in HubSpot:

1. Navigate to Marketing in the left pane and select Email.‍
2. Open your draft email.
3. Click where you want personalization, then use the Personalize menu.
4. Pick Tokens: Choose the type (Contact/Company) and property (name, industry, etc.)
   • Examples: "Hi [Contact First Name]," "[Company Industry] solutions..."
5. Preview personalization using the Preview and send button.
6. Hit the Preview button.
7. Click on Choose contact to view how your email looks with the personalization.
