How To Set Up Lead Scoring in HubSpot

Follow these steps to set up Lead Scoring in HubSpot:

1. Go to your HubSpot account and click on the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Properties.
3. Find and click on the HubSpot score or custom score property.
4. Click on Add criteria in the Positive or Negative sections to add or remove points from the score.
5. Set a criterion and click Apply filter. You can add up to 100 groups of filter criteria to your score property.
6. To add more criteria to the existing set, click AND. Records must meet all criteria in a set for the score to apply.
7. Click Save.

Note:

• To duplicate a set of criteria, click on the Actions dropdown menu and select Clone.
• Test score criteria by selecting a contact, and clicking Test to view their score and criteria met.
