Here's how to do it:

1. Create a new doc and name it "OKR Tracker."
2. Click "+" and select "Table."
3. Include columns like "Objective," "Key Result," "Owner," "Target," "Progress," and "Status."
4. List objectives with measurable key results and assign owners.
5. Filter by In Progress, Achieved, or At Risk to focus on key areas.
