How to Use ActiveCampaign’s CRM
It is very easy to understand and use ActiveCampaign’s CRM. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Deals'.
- Tap 'Add a Pipeline' afterwards to get started.
- Provide all the required information and then click 'Add' to proceed.
- After that, start adding deals to the stages. Simply click the 'Add a Deal' button below a specific stage.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information.
- Once done, tap 'Add Deal'.
- Click the newly created deal to access its main panel and make certain changes.
- From here, you can efficiently do a variety of CRM operations, such as reaching out to the deal's contact through call or email, creating tasks, adding notes, configuring certain details, and moving the deal from one stage to another.
