DragApp
to create a WhatsApp Shared Inbox:
Click "
Drag Board
" on the left sidebar and select the WhatsApp channel.
Review prerequisites and click "Let's get started."
Log in to Meta Business Account or continue with existing session.
Review and accept permissions for WhatsApp-Drag integration.
Enter your business information.
Choose existing WhatsApp Business account or create new one.
If creating new account, fill in business details.
Enter and verify phone number for WhatsApp board.
And, click
Finish
to complete setup.
To configure further, click on
Board options
in the left sidebar on your Gmail account.
