- Hotkeys are disabled by default. To use hotkeys they must be enabled in your settings. In the upper-right corner, click your account avatar.
- Select 'Settings'.
- Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section.
- Enable the 'Hotkeys' on and use it to quickly navigate around your Workspace.
- Click 'Save changes'.
- Go back to your Workspace and start using hotkeys. Press the 'r' letter on your keyboard to create a reminder. The modal automatically appears on your dashboard without using your mouse.
- Press the 'p' letter to open Notepad. By using Quickswitch, you can significantly speed up your workflow in ClickUp, making it easier to jump between tasks and views without having to navigate through multiple menus.
