Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to connect Salesforce to Amazon Connect:

1. Head to Salesforce AppExchange to find Amazon Connect CTI
2. After locating it, press Try It Free.
3. Select the Try in your sandbox option.
4. Look over the account information and click Continue to Installation.
5. Proceed with Login & Install.
6. For domain entry, select Use Custom Domain.
7. Input your custom domain details and hit Continue.
8. Choose your installation parameters and select Install.
9. Complete Third Party Access and press Continue.
10. Installed packages are located in Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
