1. In your web browser, go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Vonage for service cloud.
2. Simply click Try It Free.
3. From the available options, choose Try in your sandbox.
4. Take a moment to verify account info, then select Continue to Installation.
5. Click Login & Install to proceed with authentication.
6. For domain configuration, select Use Custom Domain.
7. Put in your custom domain and press Continue.
8. Set your preferences and click Install.
9. Grant Third Party Access permissions and select Continue.
10. Your installed packages can be found in Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
