How To Create a Channel in Slack
To create a new channel, follow these steps:
Navigate to the sidebar and click on the "+" button.
Choose Create a channel.
Assign a name to your channel and click Next.
Decide on the channel's privacy setting (public or private) and click Create.
Note: By default, all members are permitted to create channels, and multi-channel guests may set up private channels. Workspace Owners, however, have the right to alter these permissions. If you encounter any obstacles in creating a channel, please consult the Workspace Owner for guidance.
