How to Create a List View in Salesforce
Here is a step-by-step tutorial to create a list view in Salesforce:
- Navigate to Contacts in the menubar on the top.
- Select List View in My Contacts.
- Click on the Gear icon to reveal a dropdown.
- And select New from the dropdown.
- Provide a name for your New list view. And hit Save.
- Click on Add filter.
- And enter the parameters (via field, operator and values) you want to set for the list view. And hit Save.
- You will get a success prompt saying your list view was updated.
- Now click on the gear icon again and select Select Fields to Display.
- Choose the items you want to see in your list view and move them from the Available Fields to the Visible Fields.
- And finally hit Save.
- You will see the updated list view with the conditions you provided.
