How to Customize Salesforce Home Page

Salesforce offers customization options for your homepage. Here's a breakdown the breakdown for how to do it on the Salesforce Lightning Experience:

1. Go to Setup on the top right. 
2. Search for “App Builder” in the Quick Find field and select Lightning App Builder.
3. Click New and choose Home Page.
4. Give a Name to the the App. 
5. Next, you need to design your homepage.
6. Drag and drop components like lists, charts, and reports to build your layout.
7. You can add components for:some text
   • Tasks
   • Opportunities
   • Leads
   • Cases
   • Dashboards (And more!)
8. Click Save and Activate to make your homepage live.
9. Choose where to assign it by going to the Page Activation under the Page settings tab.some text
   • Choose between Activate for all users and Activate for system administrators only.
10. Add Navigation to the homepage and Finish.
