How To Delete a Contact from a List in HubSpot

‍

Irrespective of whether you're trying to delete contacts from a static or an active list, the process is very much the same.

  1. Go to your HubSpot account and click on the contacts tab in the main navigation bar, then select ‘Lists’ from the dropdown.
  2. Select the active/ static list from the available lists to open them.
  3. Select the contacts you want to delete. Once you do that, a mini navbar will appear on top of the list.
  4. For static list, the Remove from list option will directly appear on the navbar while for active lists, you'll need to click on ‘More’ and then select Delete from the dropdown.
  5. In the final step, you'll get a pop-up to confirm the number of contacts you wish to delete.

💡 Please note: Removing records from a static list does not delete them from your HubSpot portal.
