How to Delete Articles in the Zendesk Help Center

It is very easy to delete articles in the Zendesk Help Center. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:

  1. Click the 'Zendesk Products' button on the top navigation bar.
  2. Select 'Guide' from the list of available options.
  3. After that, head over to the top menu bar and then click 'Guide Admin'.
  4. One by one, select all the articles you want to delete. Simply tick the checkbox next to them.
  5. Once done, tap 'Article Settings' at the bottom section.
  6. Select 'Delete' afterwards.
  7. Finally, click 'Delete' once again to proceed with your request.
