Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to get started.
- Click "Trigger" to begin setting up the trigger step.
- Search for "Calendly" and set it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event for the Calendly integration.
- Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."
- Enter a Webhook subscription scope to configure the trigger settings.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify the Calendly trigger is working correctly.
- Select "Continue" to proceed to the action setup.
- Search for and select "Clicksend SMS" as the action app.
- Choose an action event for the Clicksend SMS step.
- Select "Sign in" to connect your Clicksend SMS account to Zapier.
- Fill in the required fields and click "Subaccounts" to be redirected to your Clicksend dashboard.
- Copy your username and API Key from the Clicksend dashboard.
- Paste the credentials and click "Yes, Continue to Clicksend SMS" to authorize the connection.
- After signing in to your Clicksend SMS account, click "Continue."
- Complete and customize the required fields for the SMS action step.
- Click "Test step" to confirm the SMS action is configured correctly.
