Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to begin building your automation.
  2. Click Trigger to start configuring the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Calendly as the Trigger App.
  4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account to authorize the connection.
  5. Enter a Webhook subscription scope to define which Calendly events will fire the trigger.
  6. Click Test trigger to verify that Zapier can receive sample data from Calendly.
  7. Select Continue to move on to the action step.
  8. Search for and select GA4 or Google Analytics 4 as the action app.
  9. Choose an action event, then click Sign in to connect your Google account.
  10. Complete and customize the required fields to map Calendly data to your GA4 event parameters.
  11. Click Test step to confirm the action sends data correctly to Google Analytics 4.
  12. Click Publish to activate the Zap and complete the Calendly–GA4 integration.
