- Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' under the Apps section.
- Tap 'Marketplace' afterwards at the top-right corner.
- Following that, search for 'Intercom' and select it from the provided results.
- Click 'Install' to continue.
- Subsequently, enter the subdomain of your Zendesk account, then click 'Install'.
- Configure the installation settings accordingly. Once done, tap 'Install'.
- On Zendesk Support's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Views'.
