How to Manage Multiple Social Media Accounts in Sprout Social

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to manage multiple social media accounts on Sprout Social:

1. Click on Accounts & Settings > Settings from the bottom left corner of the sidebar.
2. Select Group & Social Profiles from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the Add Profile button to connect a new social media account.
4. Choose the social network you want to add (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Follow the authentication steps required by the selected social platform.
6. Once added, use the Profile Selector at the top of any publishing window to switch between accounts.
7. Create Profile Groups by clicking on Settings > Group & Social Profiles > Groups to organize related accounts.
8. Use Smart Inbox to view and respond to messages from all connected accounts in one unified stream.
9. Set up unique Publishing Permissions for team members for each social profile under Settings>Group & Social Profiles.
