How to Manage Social Media in Sprout Social

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to manage social media on Sprout Social:

1. On the left sidebar, locate and click on the Dashboard to view your social media overview.
2. Click on Smart Inbox in the sidebar to access and respond to incoming communications.
3. Navigate to Publishing to schedule and create content for your social platforms.
4. Under Publishing you can see the posts in Calendar view and organize all scheduled posts.
5. Use the Reports section to analyze performance metrics across your social accounts.
6. Click on Listen to monitor conversations and track relevant topics or keywords.
7. Access Team to manage user permissions and collaboration settings.
8. Click on Accounts and Settings and select Settings to configure account preferences.
9. In Settings, you can go under Global features to find Approval Workflows.
10. Approval workflows help you set up the conditions a post needs to go through (approvals from stakeholders) to get to the final stages.
