How to Mass Delete Records in Salesforce

Here's a step by step guide on how to mass delete records in Salesforce:

1. Go to Setup in the top right corner.
2. In the Quick Find box, type "Mass Delete Records” and select it.
3. Select the type of record you want to delete (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Opportunities).
4. You can Find Records you want to delete based on criteria if you want.
   • Click Search to find matching records.
   • You can then choose individual records or select all displayed ones.
   • Use filters to target specific records. For example, delete leads with a status of "Unqualified".
5. Salesforce will show you what data gets deleted along with the records.
6. Click Delete to remove the selected records permanently.
