How To Merge Accounts in Salesforce
Here is a step-by-step tutorial to merge accounts in Salesforce:
- Firstly, you will need to switch to the Salesforce Classic view to carry this out. To do so, head over to the profile icon on the top right.
- And click on Switch to Salesforce Classic.
- Find Accounts in the menu bar at the top.
- Find Merge Accounts under the Tools column.
- Search for the accounts you want to merge and click on the Find Accounts button.
- Make sure the checkboxes next to the accounts are checked.
- Hit Next.
- You will see the account details of both the accounts you selected on the next screen.
- Finally, hit the Merge button to merge both accounts.
