How to Reset Salesforce Authenticator
Here is a tutorial on how to reset Salesforce Authenticator:
Go to
Setup
on the top right.
Search for
Users
in the
Quick Find
and select it.
Select the user whose Authenticator you want to reset.
Click '
Disconnect
' on whichever authenticator is active.
The '
Disconnect
' option will change to '
Connect
' upon successful reset.
