How to Send Mass Email in Salesforce

If you want to target a specific group of contacts or leads, start by creating a list view that filters based on your desired criteria. This helps ensure you're sending emails to the most relevant recipients.

1. Go to the Contacts or Leads tab.
2. Click the Views dropdown menu and select New List View.
3. Define your filtering criteria and save the list view.
4. Select the contacts you'll be sending the email to.
5. Click the Send List Email button.
