How To Share Google Analytics Dashboard

Here is a step by step tutorial to share a dashboard in Google Analytics 4:

1. Navigate to the Reports section.
2. Choose the specific Dashboard you need, such as Traffic, Engagement, or Users.
3. Edit the date range, metrics, dimensions, and segments.
4. Locate the Share button above the Dashboard typically situated on the right-hand side.
5. Select the Schedule Email option and give a suitable name to the dashboard.
6. Add Recipients who you want to send the Dashboard access. And hit Save.
7. Alternatively click on the Share button and select the select the Share Link.
8. Copy the link and share.
